To enter the real world, a deep state of concentration must first be reached.
What really helps with this is grounding yourself. Plant your feet firmly in the ground and make contact. Let your legs become strong while remaining in horse stance for as long as possible. Relax your upper body and grow roots.
To become truly strong and rejuvenate yourself, the smartest thing to do is to seriously immerse yourself in Shaolin core training and practice calisthenics. Do not believe in Western gymnastics, which breaks the body into pieces and tries to separate the mind from the body. At first, use only your own body and no machines. If you truly want to become strong, even when you are 70, as I am now, you must train every day. At least one hour, but preferably two to two and a half hours per day, every day.
You will have to build this up slowly if you are not used to it. What you are doing, after all, is rebuilding your entire body, but this time properly. The trembling and pain you experience are the weakness leaving your body.
In an earlier post, I already spoke about renouncing adulthood: following the completion of the wrong system. If you believe in adulthood, you are completely converted to the great illusion. And believe me, you do not want that. You have then surrendered. You have become a true slave to the hierarchical system.
